This early poem is about the illusion of democracy and how it's used as a weapon to justify the power of horrible people. The AABB rhyme scheme is meant to sound ridiculous. Written in early 2021.
[On Power] Astrology is slop mysticism for the 21st century, which has been mainstreamed because it lacks the complexity of the gnostics, hermeticists, and theosophists. One characteristic of pop astrology is the assumption of a zodiac sign: Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Sagittarius (this one has been assigned to me), etc.
